Margaret Howes - Secretary

Margaret is a Senior Secretary with Giles Payne and commenced employment in January 1984 as a part time employee as she still had preschool children at home, which were her main priority. Once her children all started school she took the role as our receptionist at Matraville.

In 1987 Margaret then broadened her secretarial skills to assist Mr Len Payne & Mr Greg Eliades as their conveyancing secretary.

Upon the retirement of Mr Payne in 1988 she then moved to the company's Maroubra office with Greg Eliades and Peter Bollard. There she assisted Greg in conveyancing, mortgage work and the day to day running of the Maroubra office.

In 1997 she then moved back to the Matraville office with Greg and continued her role to assist Greg in his law practice in probate and conveyancing, she is also the conveyancing secretary to Joe.

Margaret has been a long-standing member of the firm as she enjoys working with both Greg & Joe and other members of the firm.
